Proceedings
The Proceedings of the Workshop will be published by Kluwer Academic Publishers, in the Nonconvex Optimization and Its Applications book series.
The Proceedings will include the invited lectures and a selection of the contributed lectures. All the papers will be reviewed.
The deadline to submit a paper for inclusion in the Proceedings is October 31, 2004.
