Biografia: 

Marco è professore associato di "Sistemi di Elaborazione delle informazioni". Ha una laurea in Matematica (1986, Università "La Sapienza") e un Dottorato in Informatica (1992, medesima università).

Insegna tecniche della programmazione e linguaggi di programmazione per il web.

La sua piu' recente attivita' di ricerca riguarda la teoria e tecnologia della didattica a distanza, la e-learning adattiva e personalizzata, la social-collaborative e-learning e la pianificazione partecipativa basata su tecnologie del Web.

Marco ha svolto il ruolo di coordinatore di unità di ricerca in alcuni progetti internazionali:
