At least one author per accepted paper must register at the time of submitting the final version of his/her paper (not later than december 6th). Otherwise the paper will not be included in the post-conference proceedings published by IEEE.

If one author has two accepted papers, then each paper must have a different co-author to register for the workshop.

Each accepted paper must be presented at the workshop by one of the co-authors of the paper.

A block of rooms has been reserved for the participants to "Words 2001" Conference at Hotel Forum (four stars hotel 5 minutes far from the Conference site by walk).

Single room : ITL 200.000, Double Room: ITL 300.000

Prices are per room, per night and include breakfast and taxes. To make the Hotel reservation it's necessary to send an Hotel deposit that is the cost of the first night in the selected accomodation. If you'll play by credit card, the number will be enough.

Please send the registration and accomodation form not later than December 6th, 2000.

If you want to book a room on another hotel by yorself. Do not fill the accomodation form. Please take into account that the location of the conference is Via Eudossiana 18. So you can check the distance with your hotel.
