Participation
Persons wishing to attend the Workshop should apply
sending the
application form to the e-mail address
erice2010@dis.uniroma1.it
not later than
April 2, 2010.
Deadline extension: the deadline
for sending the application form
(for attending or for submitting a contributed lecture)
has been postponed from Friday
April 2, to Friday May 7.
If they wish to contribute a
lecture (30 min.), they should also include title and abstract of the proposed
lecture.
A limited number of places is
available. If necessary, admission to the Workshop will be decided by the
Advisory Committee of the School composed of Professors G. Di Pillo, F.
Giannessi and M. Roma. Admission will be communicated shortly after the closing
date for application.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE |
The easiest way to
reach Erice is either via Palermo or via Trapani. Then the "E. Majorana" Centre
will provide transportation to Erice from Palermo or Trapani airports,
seaports or railway stations. Participants are expected to arrive and to leave
in the following days:

July 2 - Departure day: July
10, 2010
Due
to likely peak season congestion, participants are strongly recommended to
arrange early for their trips.

LODGING:
|
Participants will
be located by the Centre. Since Erice is a small, ancient village, the number
of rooms is limited and the Centre kindly ask participants if they can share a
room.
|
FEE: |
The total fee is
Euro 900,00. It includes lodging, breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, one
day excursion, social dinner and other social events, transportation from
Palermo or Trapani airport/railway stations to Erice on July
2, and vice versa on July
10. Single room requires an extra charge of
Euro 100,00.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS: |
The fee for
accompanying persons is Euro 450,00 per person, if the accompanying person
shares the room of the participant; Euro 900,00 otherwise.

PAYMENT: |
The
total amount must be paid to Centro "E. Majorana" :
either by cash on the arrival (no credit cards),
or by bank transfer (in this case please send a
