PADS 2008 Registration

PADS-reserved rooms are sold-out. Please make your hotel reservation outside the PADS block.

Registration is now open. Please click here to download the registration form, complete it and fax it to the number indicated in the form. You can use the same form for hotel reservation (click here for logistic information and maps indicating the locations of the hotels selected for hosting PADS participants).

Author registration deadline is 26 March 2008 and advance registration deadline is 28 April 2008.

If you wish to attend the tutorial only, please use the same form and complete the relevant sections.

At least one author registration is required for each paper. If an author registers as the author of more than one paper, Euro 200 for each additional paper will be charged.

Other Fees and Charges

Additional banquet tickets are charged at Euro 90 per ticket
Additional conference proceedings are charged at Euro 50 per copy (they can only be bought on site)
Additional pages within the proceedings are charged at Euro 100 per page

Payment Methods

Payment is by credit card (VISA - MASTERCARD/EUROCARD - AMERICAN EXPRESS) or by Bank Transfer
Registration will be confirmed via email once your payment has been processed
Receipts will be sent via email. A copy will be also given out at the conference

Registration Information

Regular registration includes: proceedings, conference reception, banquet, lunches (4-6 June), coffee/tea breaks, and is inclusive of services tax
Student registration includes: proceedings, conference reception, banquet, lunches (4-6 June), coffee/tea breaks, and is inclusive of services tax
Student registration requires proof of enrolment of full-time study upon request

Cancellations

Full refunds (less an administration charge of Euro 200) are possible provided notification is received by 16 May 2008
