REGISTRATION 

Register using the INFOSTUD system. All the official infos are sent through the infostud mail system.

Students are warmly invited to check dates and istructions on the doodle pool and to register on this platform too. read carefully instructions for registration.

RULES

There will be one written examination and one oral examination.  Each of the two parts receive a grade based on a 30-point scale according to italian grade system. 

The two parts are evaluated as follows.

  • Written exam: the maximum grade is 31 (30 cum laude). In order to pass this part and to be be admitted to the oral part, the grade must be striclty greater than 14. Students have two and a half hours to finish their job and they can use teaching notes during the exam. The grade is valid three months.
  • Oral exam: the maximum grade is 30.  Students are admitted to the oral exam only after passing the written one. The oral exam can be substained within three months after the written one. To pass the oral part the grade must be greater or equal to 18.

The final grade is computed as the aritmethic average of the two parts. The passing grades are from 18 to 30 cum laude. Non passing  grades from 0 to 17. Grading disputes: If you have any issue with the grading of your written exam, you must discuss within seven days of receiving the grade back; otherwise I do not promise to consider the issue.

Please note that the grade in the Laboratory of Operations research can be used to improve the final grade of the exam.
